Day #1
Day 1 will tackle CLIA application completion, Lab Startup Foundation and Operations, and Part 1 of the DOT certification.
9 AM - 12 PM
Foundation of the Lab Business Startup
This is where we cover the legal business entity creation and insurance requirements, full instruction on the application to obtain CLIA certification, and basic lab operations.
1PM - 3 PM
Business Development Strategies
This section will cover collaborative partnerships, systems, policies & procedures, marketing strategies for basic lab structures , contracts and drug & alcohol testing operations. We also train you for COVID and other lab testing services.
3 PM - 6 PM
DOT Certification Training (Part 1)
Here is where we cover the DOT certification didactic training portion that prepares you as a certified professional DOT collector and trainer.
Day #2
Day 2 will cover expanded services, marketing strategies and Part 2 of the DOT certification.
9 AM - 12 PM
DOT Certification Training (Part 2)
We begin the day with the mock collections required for certification and completion of the Train-The-Trainer instruction that certifies you as a DOT trainer for mock collections and company drug testing programs.
1 PM - 3 PM
Expanded Lab & Clinic Services
This portion of the training provides instruction on how to add expanded services, such as IV infusion services, weight loss programs, and cosmetic surgical pre-op services to your lab.
3 PM - 5 PM
Sales & Marketing
This may probably be the most important module of training, because this will teach you how to make your money in the business! Full instruction on sales and marketing for your lab so that you are equipped to run an efficient and PROFITIBLE business!
